Serious outbreak of Belgianophobia in wake of arrest of Paris atrocity suspect.  Thirteen  Twenty-three, Thirty-four dead, dozens  over 150 wounded.

    That's a good question. Hopefully ISIS will fizzle out. The IRA has for the most part fizzled; nobody goes to London worrying about IRA bombs anymore.

    Everyone in Europe--who has not already been horribly maimed or bereaved, that is--will probably just get on with life as usual. What else can we do?
